• Casual mode: Players now earn +1 XP for dealing damage to enemies each round
• New server setting "sv_vote_to_changelevel_rndmin" controls when level change voting is allowed
• Official Casual servers: Level change votes only allowed at match end or first round
• Official Deathmatch/Arms Race: Level change votes only allowed at match end or first minute
• Limited upward movement when teammates are boosted on player's head
• Dead players can no longer pick up ground weapons
• Buy menu auto-closes when team switch menu opens
