Fixed a bug that prevented console toggle key functionality after Premier pick/ban phase

Players can now use keyboard inputs while viewing scoreboard player cards

Joystick input disabled by default (can be enabled with -joy launch option)

Fixed player and bot name display issues on Team Select screen during bot takeover

Resolved black weapon finishes bug affecting certain graphics configurations

Network connectivity improvements:

• Game client now properly reconnects to Counter-Strike Network when Steam Network connection is restored
• Accounts with active locks prevented from accessing secure servers

Fixed excessive viewmodel bobbing on Linux systems
