The MongolZ and Rare Atom have secured their spots at the Perfect World Shanghai Major, becoming the first Asian teams to qualify through the Asia RMR tournament.

The MongolZ earned their qualification by defeating DRILLAS 2-1 in an intense upper bracket match. Despite falling behind 10-2 on Mirage and ultimately losing the map, they showed remarkable resilience by dominating the next two maps, Ancient and Anubis. Led by captain Garidmagnai "bLitz" Byambasuren, the team's comeback was powered by strong performances from Senzu, mzinho, Techno, and 910.

Rare Atom secured the second qualification spot by defeating TALON in straight maps (Vertigo and Inferno), both with 13-8 scorelines. Andrew "kaze" Khong delivered a spectacular performance on Vertigo, including an ace and a 1vs3 clutch. On Inferno, Junhao "ChildKing" Peng's strong T-side play and defensive prowess helped seal their victory.

These qualifications mark a significant milestone for Asian Counter-Strike, with both teams now set to compete against international opposition at the Shanghai Major. The MongolZ will aim to translate their regional dominance to the global stage, while Rare Atom's qualification ensures local Chinese representation at the tournament.
